willpower Through a broad range of programs the Center for the Triumph of Will seeks to unlock the potential of our society. Whether it’s providing specialized education for disadvantaged youth, instilling executives with the will to succeed or healing a troubled soul, we’re on the front lines of the new millennium. With a mission rooted in the life philosophies of Fay Lindsay-Jones, the center strives to stave off the current phenomenon of self-victimization. Too often today we are content to draw lines around the perceived boundaries of our abilities. We see ourselves as depressed, deficient of attention, discriminated against, or simply unlucky. These beliefs are self-actualizing, but we are seduced by the release they provide us from the responsibilities of our lives, our loved ones and greater society. Our programs seek to channel the same power of those unwilling beliefs into a will to achieve our dreams. In the ground breaking Young Will program, students that had previously been written off by mainstream education as ‘unteachable’ are given focused one-on-one attention from educators trained to adapt to students‘ unique leaning styles instead of forcing them to conform to a standard. The results have been astonishing, simply because they are told they can achieve anything and never given an excuse not to. Even in the highly competitive corporate arena, this philosophy has turned stagnating employees into leaders who rocket to the top of the corporate ladder or found their own successful enterprises. For others, the victory they seek is a spiritual and emotional one. Through powerfully resonate ceremonies, we connect those overwhelmed by internal turmoil with the power of Fay’s spirit and its enduring peace. Open to people of all faiths, these events are a venue for emotional purging sorely absent in modern society.
